I love chocolate. Chocolate in any shape, size or flavor is just yummy! I have made several yummy chocolate bark recipes in the past including this yummy OREO Chocolate Bark, this Red White and Blue Chocolate Bark and this perfect for St. Patrick's Day Mint Chocolate Bark. Chocolate bark is easy to make, pretty and so delicious! So last year I made a beautiful Rainbow Chocolate Bark! I showed it off on Fox 59 but I forgot to post about it here! So today I am really excited to share this idea with you! If you love chocolate and you love pretty chocolate, you will definitely love this Rainbow Chocolate Bark recipe!

Ingredients:
- Red Candy Melts
- Orange Candy Melts
- Yellow Candy Melts
- Vibrant Green Candy Melts
- Blue Candy Melts
- Lavender Candy Melts
- Rainbow Jimmie Sprinkles
Supplies:
- Cookie Sheet
- Foil
- Plastic Knife
- Disposable Decorator (Icing) Bags
Directions:
You will begin by placing your candy melts into decorator bags, one color per bag. Twist the top shut and melt the chocolate, one color at a time. You can see all of my tips and tricks to melt chocolate HERE.
While the chocolate is melting, you will want to cover your cookie sheet with foil.
Once the chocolate is all melted, you will want to snip off the end of the bag and places dollops of chocolate in various places on the lined cookie sheet. Then repeat with all of the colors of chocolate until all the chocolate is used and the whole cookie sheet is filled.
Using a plastic knife, you will swirl the colors around. Don't mix too much or else the colors will mix together into an unpretty shade of yuck. Just swirl a bit to get a pretty unicorn and rainbows look to it. (You don't need to use a plastic knife but if you do, it's one less thing to clean!)
After the chocolate is swirled, sprinkled rainbow sprinkles on top generously. You can never have too many sprinkles!
Let the chocolate fully set (you can place it in the fridge to help it set faster especially if it is warm outside or in your home).
Once the chocolate is set you can cut it apart with a knife or break it apart with your hands.
This is yummy, delicious and so fun to make!
This recipe is really easy but really looks really impressive when it is done! Everyone will love it! This is great to bring to a dessert party, to a potluck or package as gifts to give to friends or neighbors.
