As many of you know, I don't drink alcohol. However, I love a yummy delicious non-alcoholic drink any day! I recently went to a conference and at one of the evening gatherings, they served the best non-alcoholic drinks ever! Oh my goodness they were amazing. So I have been inspired to create tasty drinks on my own and I have really enjoyed doing it! Plus my kids love it too! So today I want to share a really tasty and delicious, Cranberry Lime Mocktail recipe that is perfect for the holidays!
This Cranberry Lime Mocktail would be perfect to serve at a holiday party or for Christmas dinner! And it would be equally as festive on New Year's Eve too! (And even though Thanksgiving has passed, this would be the perfect drink to serve with the big meal) So stash this recipe away, print it for now and pin it for later, because you will WOW your guests with this tasty concoction!
For the last 5 years I have hosted a small New Year's Eve get together with just a few friends. Nothing big. But I always love creating something extra special for my guests. Some years I have made delicious Hot Cocoa (like my Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa recipe here) or I have created an extra special appetizer like my Cranberry Cheeseball here. But this year I have been working on crafting the perfect mocktail and I have finally figured it out! This year I plan to make my holidays sparkle and serve my recipe for this delicious Cranberry Lime Mocktail!

I just love how this tastes too! It is the perfect combination of flavors with a little bubbly! And yes I DO think it tastes better to make your own cranberry-lime juice from real cranberries and limes instead of using store bought juice. Although in a pinch, cranberry juice and a squeezed lime would work too. But taking the extra 5-10 minutes to make your own juice makes this taste so fresh and delicious! And it adds depth to this drink that you can't get any other way!
It is the perfect combination of sweet and tart and it tastes just like the holiday's should! Yum yum yum!
I choose DASANI Sparkling Water to use as my base for this recipe because it is perfectly bubbly, it has no added colors, it has zero calories, is unsweetened, is caffeine free and is naturally flavored. And it is easy to find at many stores like Walmart where I snagged all my ingredients for this recipe today. DASANI Sparking Water comes in Lime, Berry, Black Cherry, and Lemon flavors in a 12 pack of 12 oz cans.

This looks so good. I am pinning this recipe for later. I remember when I was pregnant with my son I felt sad missing out on the communal aspect of drinking something other than a boring glass of water. Thanks for sharing to Mix it up Monday.
