Summer is almost here! My kids are out of school and the weather is beginning to get crazy hot in the midwest. And there are days when to stay cool, I feel like we are living off popsicles! Not really...but it feels that way! So I have begun to make my own to help cut back on some of the added sugar and food coloring I find in most store-bought popsicles. One of our favorite popsicles are Orange Creamsicle Popsicles so I wanted to try my hand at making a less sweet, more natural flavored popsicle and after a bit of trial and error, I really love how these turned out! They are a little tart, a little sweet and very fresh and light tasting! This Orange Creamsicle Popsicle recipe is amazing!
Oh and did I mention? The best part of this recipe is that it takes only 2 ingredients!! Seriously! This recipe could not be easier to make!
Orange Creamsicle Popsicles
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Vanilla Soy Milk
- ¼ cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
Directions:
- Mix soy milk and orange juice concentrate together.
- Place in popsicle molds (we used silicone push up pops like these here (affiliate link))
- Freeze and then enjoy!
These are so tasty and delicious! And I love that they are not syrupy sweet like most store bought popsicles. They are fresh and light and refreshing!

Yum! I"ll have to give this a try. I have also been making a lot of popsicles this summer. My favorite is filling my mold with slices of fruit (kiwi and strawberry work great) and top it off with lemonade or juice.
