Ok. Not exactly true. I am exagerating a big. But only sort of...
Don't worry. I am a VERY happily married person. I have been married to my wonderful husband for almost 9 years, in April! (Wow!) And we have two beautiful children. And none of that is changing. 馃檪
My husband just got a new job. We are very greatful for this new job and it will be a big blessing in our lives. But not only is it a new job, it is a new career field all together! So his last day of work at his old job was a week ago, and this morning I put him on an airplane to fly across the country for training for his new career. He will be gone from us for 5 months! (Did I meantion I have a 3.5 year old very "active" girl and a 2.5 week old little boy!)
So while I am not a single-mom, I am sure I will feel like one for much of the next several months. I am not sure if I will have more time to blog, or less time. But I DO know I lost my taste tester!! Oh no! Who is going to eat all the yummy treats I like to make?
I am thinking I will have a lot of very happy friends and neighbors who will be receiving random goodies!!
Happy Saturday and join me again tomorrow for more great St. Patrick's ideas!

Wow. That does not sound fun. At all. Hang in there. I am sure you will survive. We will just have to be your blog family while he is away 馃檪

i know you can do it! my hubby was gone 3 weeks out of every month last year. it was hard, but once you find your 'rythum' things get better.
be sure to reach out to neighbors/friends/family so you can have some ALONE time. even if it is just for hair cut. that is what kept me sane.
congrats to your hubby too! it is great to hear that there are companies hiring out there again!

Oh, I will certainly be thinking of you. Found you through new friend friday...you will be fine! My hubbie travels a lot for work and I have a 3.5 year old and a 7 month old--I agree with what was already said...get your rhythm and it'll become the new norm. Not to make light; there will be hard times, but it'll work out! -shaunna 馃檪

I just found you from NFF. We just recently went through a similar thing. Hubby got transferred to NY and left last Sept while I stayed back in MN trying to sell the house and taking care of 3 kiddos. Lucky for us the house sold rather quickly and we joined him in NY right after Christmas. It was hard but I'm am sure you will do just fine. Keep your chin up. Plus look into Skype. We
