I never thought I would write a post entitled "Crazy Corn" but here I am...writing a post about crazy corn and I am beyond excited to share it with you! Â Have you ever heard of Crazy Corn? Â It is an El Salvadorian treat that my husband had often while he lived in El Salvador for two years. Â There is nothing quite like it in the U.S. and so finally after years of my husband describing this to me, we decided to try it and oh-my-goodness....it was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Â So bare with me, this will sound weird, but your taste buds will thank me! Â And you will crave crazy corn once you try it! Â You seriously won't guess what ingredients I used to make this...
Crazy Corn
Ingredients:
- Sweet Corn on the Cob from Florida
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- A1 Sauce
- Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Husk your sweet corn and place in a pot of boiling water.
- Cook for 7 minutes and then remove from the pot.
- Towel dry your corn on the cob.
- Place corn on the cob onto a dish and proceed to apply the following condiments generously: Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard and A1 Sauce.
- Top generously with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Enjoy warm and eaten straight off the cob!

Thanks so much for sharing this at #TheWednesdayRoundup. I remember participating in the #HuskYeah campaign last summer. I made a super fast video of my kids husking the corn and they still, a year later love to watch it. Fun campaign and who doesn't love corn?!
