Handprint Turkey Treat Bags
Supplies:
- Cellophane Bags, 5" x 11.25", Clear
- Core'dinations Smooth World Tour Cardstock, 12" x 12", Classic
- Wiggle Eyes (I used 2 wiggle eyes approximately ¾" diameter.)
- Scissors
- Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Tape (optional)
- Treats to fill bag with (I used Reeses Pieces.)
You will begin by filling your cello bag just under half way full with treats. Then you will secure the bag closed with tape or a hot glue gun.
Using a variety of colors of cardstock, trace your children's (or your own) hands and cut them out.
Lay the hands out in a fan shape and tape them together (hot glue will work also) and then attach them to the back of the filled cello bag.
Cut out an orange beak and a red wattle and attach them and two wiggle eyes to the front of the filled cello bag.
Aren't they so cute! I love the little hands for feathers and I can't wait to give this to a close friend for Thanksgiving. I just know their family will love it!
