Today's amazingly scrumptious recipe for grilled citrus chicken with grilled pineapple salsa is perhaps one of my favorite grilled meals ever! So often I make tacos using meat I threw in the crock pot and while that is super convenient, I sometimes forget how good grilled chicken is!! Grilled chicken is just my absolute favorite and this grilled pineapple salsa takes these tacos to a whole new level of deliciousness! And even though this might look complicated, this taco recipe is actually quite easy and goes together quickly. I am so excited to share it with you today!

You can of course do your grilling on a gas grill if that is what you have, but I honestly thing that grilling over charcoal is the absolute best! The flavors are just so much better! I used to think it was a pain to get the coals going, but with HomeRight's ElectroLight fire starter, getting the coals ready to cook over is easy and much more quick!
You will simply cook your meat, vegetables and pineapple over the grill. Prepare your salsa and then slice your meat!
Everything assembles quickly and I really love meals like there because my children can determine what they will put on their own tacos and how much of what things they will eat. Taco night is always the best night and everyone loves them.
This meat is so flavorful, I may have eaten a few pieces while I was taking these photos and no one was watching me! Yum!
And this salsa is the perfect blend of flavors. It is delicious with chips, but it is utterly delicious with this chicken!
You can add avocado to your tacos like I did, or leave that out. And you can of course customize these tacos and the salsa to your preference. But I will tell you, they are pretty incredible just like this!
