Here in Indy, we are gearing up for the Indy 500! There are events that go on for several weeks around the city and they can be quite fun!
So in honor of this fun event, and in honor of all things cars and car races, I have created a few fun projects to show you this week.
Black and White Chocolate Race Cars!
These are really quite simple and easy to make.
And really yummy too!
You will need just a few things:
- Black Melting Chocolate
- White Melting Chocolate
- Race Car Chocolate Mold
- Decorating Bags
- Cello Bags (optional)
- Race Day Topper (download here)
Place your black melting chocolate in a decorating bag and twist the bag shut.
Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds at a time on 50% power, squeezing chocolate between each 30 second heating. Repeat until chocolate is fully melted.
Once chocolate is melted, cut tip off of decorating bag and squeeze in each race car chocolate mold!
Carefully tap the chocolate mold on the counter to get air bubbles out and place in fridge until fully set.
Remove chocolates from mold and repeat with your white chocolate.
And if you'd like, you can package your cute cars in a cello bag and top with a super cute Race Day Topper!
Yes. I've created a FREE Race Day Bag Topper for you! How fun is that!?
Click here to download. Print on card stock, trim and staple on top of your cute cello baggies!
And enjoy your cute little Black and White Race Cars on any race day, birthday party, car themed party or just for fun!!
