So this isn't a recipe exactly...but it is yummy! And it is a very flexible recipe. Basically just add as much of these indredients as you like to taste.
Salsa
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions
(These are the main componants to the salsa)
Chopped cilantro
Garlic
Lime juice
Sugar and salt
1 can rinsed and drained black beans
Frozen corn
Cooked brown rice (go easy on this)
