Every once in a while I run across a recipe that simply blows me away. That is actually life-changing. A couple of years ago, we had the absolute pleasure of spending Thanksgiving with some dear friends of ours! I have known them since junior high (ie a very very long time) and just think the world of them! And they delighted my taste buds with an extraordinary twist on the traditional cranberry sauce: Cranberry Relish!
It tastes fresh and clean. It is simple yet complex. And it is a recipe I make several times a year. I may or may not eat it by the spoonful: it is that good.
The sweet dear Stanfill family has given me permission to share this incredible recipe with you, so please enjoy this life-changing cranberry recipe: you'll never go back to traditional sauce again!
