Watergate Salad. It isn't really a salad per-say, it's more of a dessert. But it is tasty and delicious and so incredibly easy to make! Easy enough for your youngest kids to help make it! Mom's Watergate Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 1 package Jell-O Pistachio Instant Pudding
- 1 container of Cool Whip
Directions:
- Drain your pineapple if desired. I prefer mine drained, but it also tastes great without it drained!
- In a large bowl combine pineapple and pudding mix. Stir until well combined.
- Add marshmallows and Cool Whip and mix until well blended.
- Store in fridge until ready to serve.
