My husband and I both work on a lot of DIY projects. A lot of down-and-dirty, sawdust everywhere, paint everywhere, ripping the house apart projects. We love doing them, but these types of projects can be hard on our clothes.
And so I went on a hunt for a company who sells good clothes to work in that not only look good, but also are great quality and that will last. And after a lot of searching (and watching some hilarious videos!!!) I knew that Duluth Trading Company was exactly what I was looking for!
Duluth offers so many warm and comfy shirts, my husband and I instantly fell in love with a few items we knew we needed to have! And my husband and I even had a little fun doing a photo shoot so you could see how fabulous their clothing is! (PS - isn't my hubby so handsome!? Back off ladies...he's taken 🙂
This is one of my husband's favorite picks! The Men's Burlyweight Free Swingin' Flannel Shirt is a really heavy weight flannel that I can tell will last a long time! It is well made and has extra gussets in the armpit to make it easier to move around while you are working (or swinging an axe..and .in case you need a laugh, check out their ad here).
This Women's FlapJack Flannel Shirt Jac is surprisingly warm and comfy! This is a flannel shirt and light weight jacket in one and is really fun and perfect for layering while working outside. Duluth sizes run a bit on the roomy side to allow for mobility while working which is actually a wonderful thing! I can't tell you how many times I have to adjust my clothing while working on a project and this jacket has plenty of room (without being frumpy) so I don't need to worry about adjusting!
My husband got a Men's Flapjack Flannel Shirt Jac too! We absolutely love the colors of this and it has been keeping him warm (but not too warm) while working outside and in the garage this winter! My husband is tall and lean but has long arms and so we always struggle to find shirts that have long enough sleeves for him. We love that Duluth offers Long sizes so that his sleeves aren't too short!
No, this is not clothing, but how amazing is this beautiful Women's Lifetime Leather Tote Bag!? It is definitely one of my favorite items at Duluth! When I took it out of the bag, the smell of leather was incredible! The leather is soft but I can tell it is a very durable bag! I am excited to use this tote often! This is perfect to bring to the office or use in the barn and would make a wonderful gift for any lady in your life.
This Men's Crosscut Flannel Shirt is a lighter weight flannel that is perfect for year-round wear. I absolutely love the plaid and the color options available in this shirt! It is totally stylish and handsome while being practical and well-constructed! I know my husband will get a lot of wear out of this shirt.
And I can't help but share one last picture of me in this really cute Shirt Jac with this beautiful tote! I love love love my new tote!
We also picked up an amazing polo! My husband lives in polos. Well, when he is not in a button down or flannel shirt, he lives in polos! But because he is so tall, we often have a hard time finding polos that fit him well! This Men's No Polo Short Sleeved Shirt is a bit longer then a normal polo but not built too large. He has plenty of room to move but this shirt still looks really nice on him! It is a definite top-pick in our books and will be perfect for DIY-ing in the summer.
Duluth offers a wide variety of clothing and accessories to meet all of your outdoor and indoor needs! We can tell that these clothes are well made and will last us a long time! And because of the extra gussets and extra length on most of their products, we don't have to worry about adjusting our clothing while DIYing!
So, if you've ever struggled to find clothing to fits and lasts through a lot of DIY-ing like we have, I suggest checking out Duluth Trading Co.! These would also make incredible gifts for your DIY-ing loved ones this year!
