How exciting is that!? So today, I get to show off a lovely, sophisticated and delectable chocolate bark that is just divine and perfect for this time of year: Cranberry & Walnut Winter Bark.
Cranberry & Walnut Winter Bark
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- ½+ cups Craisens (can use more or less to preference)
- ½+ cups chopped walnuts (can use more or less to preference)
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, be careful not to scorch. (see my tips and tricks for melting chocolate here)
- Carefully pour and smooth out onto a piece of wax paper until even thickness of chocolate is acquired.
- Cool in fridge until set.
- Melt white chocolate chips.
- Carefully pour and smooth out on top of cooled semi-sweet chocolate. You will need to move quickly and try not to mess with it too much.
- Sprinkle Craisens and chopped walnuts on top of white chocolate. Press gently into white chocolate.
- Cool in fridge until set.
- Break apart or cut apart using a large sharp knife.
Cranberry and Walnut Winter Bark has the right amount of sweet, crunchy and tangy! And it just tastes like winter! Yum!
