It must be summer everywhere because delicious looking ice cream treats are filling my Pinterest feed, my Facebook feed and even my Instagram feed. And let's be honest, I love ice cream so this is not a bad thing! I might need to hit the gym a bit more this summer, but this is one indulgence I truly love! (And apparently Cookies and Cream Butter...but you'll have to check out my Instagram account to learn more about that obsession...)

Anyway...I have started to make my own ice cream more often because I really love that I can control my ingredients! I love being able to control the amount of sugar and the freshness of the fruit that goes into it. And let's face it, the quality of chocolate too! But on the other hand, you can also find me nearly every Friday night watching a tv show with a bowl of store bought ice cold goodness in my hand. I am really not that picky. And these scrumptious looking ice cream treats that we found at last week's link party are insanely delicious and beautiful! I can't wait to try a few of them...or all of them...
