Breakfast. Breakfast is an interesting meal around our house. On one hand, I have my son who could literally eat all morning long (and he is only 3!). And then I have my daughter who takes so much time to get ready in the morning that most days she is eating her breakfast outside while waiting for the school bus. No matter what time she wakes up, she is always pushing it to be on time for the school bus (and she is only 6!).
But the other day I was able to get my daughter to be downstairs ON TIME for breakfast! It was a small miracle in our house. It truly was. How did I do that? I bought frozen pancakes and told her if she was downstairs on time, she would have time to eat pancakes for breakfast instead of cereal.
Yup. Frozen pancakes got my daughter moving that morning! Hahaha.
Now typically, I like to make most of my food from scratch. I like to serve my family real, healthy foods and often pre-made, frozen or packaged food just isn't that healthy. Thankfully, I just discovered that Aunt Jemima's pancakes are made from scratch! Right on the box it says "Every batch made from scratch!"
These pancakes are made with real ingredients like milk and eggs and do not contain high fructose corn syrup! They are made using ingredients I would use! So I don't feel so bad serving my children frozen pancakes for breakfast in the morning because I know that Aunt Jemima's Lil' Griddles pancakes are made with real, healthy ingredients!
And, my kids and I both agree that they taste good too!
Plus, for some reason, when they are small they taste better. My kids both choose the Lil' Griddles mini pancakes over traditional size ones! So I love that Aunt Jemima has come out with Lil' Griddles Mini Pancakes because my children love them and I can feel good about serving my kids frozen pancakes for breakfast! And I can feel good knowing that they've made their pancakes from scratch, using real ingredients, just like I would!
What do you like to feed your kids for breakfast in the morning?

My kids like to eat muffins or cereal bars but they also love these pancakes (they actually are really good!).
